A Christmas Call to Worship is a fresh and energetic setting of the familiar Christmas text by James Montgomery: Angels From the Realms of Glory. And while nearly all of the musical material is new, this composition does include a brief visit from its familiar hymn tune REGENT SQUARE. This catchy anthem is an excellent way to begin worship or open a Christmas Concert. Though this setting is in an irregular meter, it is set in a way which makes it memorable, even for young singers, and would be a great introduction to irregular time for a chancel choir or educational setting.
