An anthem which cherishes the beauty of sacred space based on two texts – the first inspired by R.A. Parsons and the second the well-known hymn ‘The Solid Rock’. My Hope and Stay was commissioned by the Summer Institute of Church Music (Whitby, ON) to commemorate the induction of Patricia Young, of St. John’s NL, as a fellow of the institute.
