SATB Choir (divisi) and Organ | 4:00 | Difficulty 3.5
A setting of the classic Latin text, O Nata Lux is traditionally used during the Feast of the Transfiguration or on Transfiguration Sunday. This setting also includes the option of singing the second verse in English. This anthem has an aleatoric middle section, where the choir is encouraged to help the listener get a sense of light being born of light. The more challenging choral parts are complimented with a very accessible and grounding organ accompaniment.
